How far in advance can I book my party?
Parties can be booked up to 60 days in advance.
When are parties offered?
Parties are typically offered on Sunday afternoonsndepending on coach availability and event schedule.
What’s the age range for parties?
Parties are best suited for children ages 3–8.
Is there a participant limit?
Yes—12 children maximum per party, regardless of package. This ensures each guest has plenty of space and coach attention.
Do participants need to be potty trained?
Yes. All participants must be fully potty trained to join the gym activities.
Do parents need to sign a waiver?
Yes! Every child must have a completed waiver before joining the fun.
What should kids wear?
Comfortable play clothes—no dresses, skirts, jeans, jewelry, or zippers. Bare feet are required for safety.
Do you provide tables and chairs?
For our Basic and Deluxe parties we provide picnic tables for the kids as well as tables for food, gifts, and goody bags.
Who handles cleanup?
Our team will help tidy up the gym area and dispose of trash. Families are responsible for collecting personal belongings and any décor they brought.
Where should guests park?
El Camino Gym: Street parking on El Camino, Belmont, or Laurel. Please do not park in Romig or Kelly Moore spaces.
Laurel Street Gym: Town/Diddam’s lot or Wheeler Plaza for overflow.

We just hosted our daughter's 7th birthday at Rally, and I can confirm they throw the most epic birthday parties! As soon as my daughter found out she could have her birthday celebration at Rally, she could talk about nothing else. Getting to bring all of her friends to come experience the magic at Rally was such a blast - and I did nothing! Coach Lisa and Coach Russell took care of everything - every detail! They had a full 45 min class where they set up the most fun obstacles and challenges, including a personalized soundtrack with all of their favorite song requests. Food, drinks, dessert (even the rainbow #7 candle!) AND personalized goodie bags with a 7 year old's dream haul included in them (I won't spoil it - but I could not have picked better surprises to send home with the party goers to remember the special day. High quality and super fun picks, not the dreaded fillers that usually come home). After, I was a little bummed when I realized I forgot to take many pictures - but then Lisa sent me the sweetest reel of videos of photos they took during the party! Unreal - it was the best party, highly HIGHLY recommend!
When my daughter decided she wanted to have her 6th birthday party at Rally, I had no idea what a dream it would be. I am not the parent that loves planning a birthday party since it's just SO MUCH WORK! As soon as I emailed Lisa, it's like the party was no longer on my plate of things to do. She took care of everything and thought of EVERY detail (truly she did a much better job than I ever could've done). She ran that day like a well oiled machine and we just had to show up. The kids had a total blast, the goodie bags were the best I've seen yet, and she even sent out a little video afterwards of my daughter and her friends. I honestly couldn't believe it and would like to host all of my kids' parties there for the rest of their lives. Lisa - you are the most incredible coach and human and we are just so so thankful for this fantastic business and community you've built!
We had our kids birthday here and it was amazing!
Lisa and team took care of EVERYTHING and it was all such high quality (decorations, organization, staff, goodie bags, and how special our daughter felt).
The first half was an organized program with an obstacle course and all the kids loved it. The instructors were so good with the kids. Then we did pizza and cake outside and everything turned out great.
We will 100% be using them again! It also was an awesome sign of how they must run their normal classes and a few of us signed up for their waitlist right after.
